RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns for refund or exchange are accepted only after first contacting us via email or phone to obtain an authorization number for your return. Returns received without an authorization number will not be accepted. Returns must be in unused, unwashed condition. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
***If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us so that we can arrange to replace it.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we try to process every order in a timely manner, we do not allow cancellation of an order once payment is submitted.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
Free pick-up from our showroom location if you live locally or happen to be in our area. Choose "Nanaimo area" from the drop-down menu when completing your order and you will not be charged shipping. Drop by our shop during our business hours as listed on our home page and pick up your order.
***If you have really extenuating circumstances and need your order delivered to you, please email us and we can probably arrange something.
